Sometimes i feel if i have been the victim of unrequited love. i have had the feeling of trying and never receiving any result. some of the hardest times in my life have come from this word..."unrequited." While writing this i wasent really 100% sure on the exact definition of the word, so i looked it up. The definition i found was "not returned or reciprocated: unrequited love." i found it funny that the same type of unrequited was the first example that the dictionary gave me. sometimes i have not received EVERYTHING that i have given out. However, that feeling has always faded in the past. I Have always ended up back where i want to be, and with whom i want to be with. i know that on the other end things may feel the same but i'm going to remove the word "unrequited" from my vocabulary. ( except on the AP test, haha). i can always turn things around and that is Exactly what i plan on doing. (even by writing this journal)

Matthew, why did I feel that your entry was written in code? Perhaps this is a subject that is too personal for the blog and I totally understand that. We have all been the victims of unrequited love at one time or another, I am sad to say. As for Ophelia and Hamlet, it's hard to say. Hamlet says, "I loved you once," which at least makes the reader believe that at one point a relationship existed. However, it's hard to know whether or not to believe Hamlet as it is fairly obvious from the text that he knows Ophelia's dad is listening to the conversation and he is angry at Ophelia for agreeing to this con. He probably doesn't understand that she was worried about his mental health and just wanted the best for him. Now who is speaking in code? :-0
